The offering will include a state-owned stake of 99.5667% in the charter capital of «Одеського припортового заводу».
Furthermore, the auction committee has approved the draft of the official announcement concerning the privatization of the entity. This notice will be published shortly on the official website of the State Property Fund and within the electronic trading platform «Prozorro.Sales».
The announcement will detail the starting price, the terms of privatization, criteria for prospective buyers, and other essential information for participation in the auction.
A fundamental condition of the privatization entails a commitment from the future investor to allocate a minimum of 500 million UAH towards the enterprise’s modernization and the enhancement of its energy efficiency. The State Property Fund anticipates that this investment will facilitate the revival of operations at one of Ukraine’s leading chemical facilities and bolster its competitive standing.
