On June 19–20, the IX International Forum of Agricultural Innovations “New Seed 2025” took place in Nastasiv village, Ternopil region, organized by Agroprodservis company. The event gathered over 5,000 participants and guests and traditionally became a meeting place for innovations, agricultural experience, and civic responsibility.
This year, over 120 companies participated in the forum, presenting the latest technologies, equipment, products, and services for agribusiness. On the demonstration plots – cultivated by Agroprodservis’s seed division – farmers could assess the potential of grain and legume crop varieties in real-time. The enterprise operates its own seed plant and actively distributes certified seeds of domestic production.
An Inspiring Opening
Company founder, People’s Deputy of Ukraine Ivan Chaykivskyi addressed the participants with words of inspiration:

— My heart is overflowing with joy and emotion for what the agricultural sector has achieved today. However, we face many challenges that we must overcome together with dignity, just as we started this journey 26 years ago. We have managed to elevate the agricultural industry to a high level, achieving leading global positions in the production of oil, corn, and soybeans. And this is not the limit. Our potential is immense. It is events like “New Seed” that provide every farmer with the opportunity to gain maximum innovation to improve their production.
The President of the Legume Producers and Consumers Community of Ukraine, Antonina Sklyarenko, noted:

— Esteemed farmers! I congratulate you and thank each of you for your contribution to supporting Ukraine’s economy, despite the difficult times. May each of you on this fertile Ukrainian land have tremendous profit and a bountiful harvest!
The greeting to the forum participants and guests from the General Director of PAP “Agroprodservis”, Andriy Baran, was also emotional:
— I am incredibly impressed that the seed we sowed 9 years ago has blossomed into such a large-scale event. Today’s forum is the largest in all its years. Over 120 companies are participating, presenting technologies, products, and services for farmers.
Charity as an Integral Part of the “New Seed” Forum
The “New Seed 2025” forum once again proved that the agricultural community is capable not only of developing business but also of supporting the state in challenging times. A significant portion of the program was dedicated to charity.
For the first time, a charity fair operated on the event grounds. Masters of folk art, volunteers, and craft producers from all over Ukraine presented their works. Visitors could not only purchase unique products but also contribute to aiding the army.
Traditionally, charity auctions were held, where unique artifacts from the front lines, directly transferred by military personnel, were put up for bidding. Each item had its own story and immense emotional value.
Another format was a charity lottery, where anyone could win useful prizes from the forum’s partners. The transparency of fundraising and the clear purpose only underscored the trust in the organizers.
In total, within the framework of the forum, the following amounts were raised:
- 169,000 UAH – from the charity auction
- 102,200 UAH – from the lottery
- 600 UAH – private donations to the “Pokrova” Charitable Foundation’s box
All collected funds, as well as participant contributions, were directed by Agroprodservis company to purchase three pickup trucks for the drone systems unit and two SUVs for logistics for the 12th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov”.
The equipment set for the drone strike group includes:
- A new model SUV (Mitsubishi L200)
- Night vision device
- Computer equipment (laptops, tablets)
- Generators and charging stations
- Satellite modems, antennas, and telescopic masts
This deep integration of charity once again proves that “New Seed” is not just an exhibition or a conference. It is a platform that unites business, technology, and civic stance. And it is precisely this unity that is crucial today.
